Unused products in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact our team first so we can raise a return reference and arrange collection or advise the return address.
Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report damage or shortages within 48 hours. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with your statutory rights. Machines carry a minimum 2-year warranty with technical support from our engineers.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened consumables such as chemicals, paper products and personal protective equipment unless faulty. Special-order and bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as a credit to your trade account, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. Outbound delivery charges are refunded only where the whole order is returned due to our error or a fault.
