Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
We use your data to fulfil orders, manage your account, process credit applications (which may include credit reference agency searches), respond to enquiries and - with your consent - send product news and offers. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (such as tax record-keeping), for our legitimate interests in running the business, and with your consent for marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.
Order and invoice records are retained for six years to meet legal requirements. Data is stored on secured systems with access limited to staff who need it.
