These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods by CPX Group Ltd (trading as Complex Cleaning Supplies) of 15 Handley Page Way, St. Albans, Herts AL2 2DQ. By placing an order through this website, by phone or by email you agree to be bound by them.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the date of your order applies to that order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example where a product is mispriced or out of stock.
Prices are shown both excluding and including VAT and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider, or on invoice terms for approved trade credit account holders. Invoices are due for payment 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched the same working day. Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not liable for losses caused by reasonable delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment is received in full.
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Trade credit accounts are subject to application, references and status. We may authorise searches through credit reference agencies, and may withdraw or vary credit limits at any time. Late payment may result in the matter being referred to a debt collection agency, with associated costs recoverable from the account holder.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the price paid for the goods in that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
